The short version
We collect the details you choose to send us so we can quote your job and get back to you. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else:
- What you type into the form on our contact page: your name, email address, phone number, your town, the service you are asking about and anything you write in the message field. Sending it is your choice, and we ask for the minimum we need in order to reply.
- Basic technical information that any web server records, such as the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a site visit, and to prepare a written estimate. We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the job and for our business records, then we remove them.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are delivered by a form handling service operated by our web provider, 207 Marketing, which passes the message to us by email. It is used to deliver your message, not to profile you.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting providers process request data in order to serve the site.
We do not sell or rent your information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read, so we know what is worth keeping on the site. It records things like the pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from and whether it was a phone or a desktop. It sets a first-party cookie to tell a returning visit from a new one.
We do not use it for advertising. Ad personalization and Google Signals are switched off on this property, and we do not share the data with Google for advertising purposes.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it with Google’s browser add-on, or by using your browser’s do-not-track or tracking-protection setting.
Cookies and tracking
Apart from the Google Analytics cookie described above, this site sets no cookies. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (207) 251-7979 or email [email protected] and we will deal with it. If you contacted us and would rather we did not keep the record, say so and we will remove it.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
